The conference fee or the conference plus workshop fee listed above is per person. The fee must be fully paid 30 days before the conference starts. Any cancellation until 30 days ,i.e. 7th of September 2019, before the start of the meeting is free of charge. After that 50% of the fee is charged to the participant.

The payment can be only made in EUR by bank transfer: (no cash, checks, credit cards, etc)

INFORMATION CLAUSE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of  natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that :

  1. Providing personal data by you is voluntary; however, your refusal may result in refusal to process your application to participate in the training,
